Guests & visitors to Lani’s Holiday Island do so in compliance with the obligations of the current health order

Boom gate numbers will not work past checkout time . If you have not departed the park by the check out time of 10am another nights fee applies. A late check out may be accommodated pending availability and must be confirmed with office staff.

Payable on arrival to the park. Additional guests must be paid for at commencement of their stay.

MasterCard, Visa, Eftpos and Cash are accepted. Credit card payments incur a fee of 1% for Visa and MasterCard.

Preferred sites cannot be guaranteed. All accommodation is NON Smoking. All cabins have access to Free Foxtel.

Bunk beds in our cabins are not recommended for use by children under the age of 9yrs. They are not to be be used as play equipment and users should not jump on or from the bunks.

Some cabins require your own linen or you can hire linen for $15 per bed. Please check your confirmation letter for linen requirements.

Pets are welcome in Pet friendly cabins only and on sites if you have your own van or tent (conditions do apply) Contact us for details. Pets must be registered on arrival to the park at which time you will be given information pertaining to your pets stay.

Portable cots are available for guests at no charge. If required advise us at time of booking. Sorry we do not have high chairs.

Minimum bookings do apply during holidays, peak periods, special events and long weekends. Bookings are not confirmed until required deposit is received. Failure to pay requested deposit by due date will result in cancellation of booking without notification. Once deposit has been receipted you have entered into a contract with the park that you will abide by the park rules and conditions of the booking.
No contract will be entered into with any persons under the age of 18yrs.

An administration fee of 10% of deposit (minimum $25) applies to any cancelled/ changed booking.
1) Any cancellation/ changes to bookings received in writing 30 days prior to arrival will be permitted to transfer deposit less administration fee to a future reservation. This credit must be used within 12 months of notification of cancellation, is transferable once only or forfeited.
2) Credits for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will only be issued where a full replacement booking is confirmed.
3) Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short. We do not accept responsibility for bad weather or change of mind or for events outside our control.
4) Changes to bookings are subject to availability and rate changes.

On line bookings are offered at a pre paid non refundable rate therefore there are no entitlements to any refund for cancellations of your booking.  Management reserves the right to refuse bookings made on line that do not meet property terms and conditions.

Members of G’Day Rewards are eligible for members rates . Quote your card number on booking and then present your card upon arrival at Lani’s Holiday Island to validate your member rate. When booking on line through travel agents, where commissions are payable or where rates are already discounted member rates do not apply.

Is between 10pm and 7 am. Courtesy and consideration of other guests is a must at all times . Your entertainment should not be audible to your neighbours. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated.

As required by Law Helmets must be warn. “NO helmets NO BIKES or scooters”. No skateboards, rollerblades, rollerskates or ripsticks permitted to be ridden in the park.

Lani’s WiFi can be accessed as a free service.

Time and conditions of use as displayed.

Amenities are available for use 24 hours. Washing machines and dryers are coin operated. Ironing boards are located in the laundry. Irons are available from reception.

Access to the park is via boomgates. At time of check in a number is issued that is required to be entered into the pin pad at the gate to enter and also to exit the park. Each vehicle requires its own number.  Lani’s takes no responsibility for loss of property or damage of property whilst in the park.
